Patient Testimonial – Jimmy M.

Two years ago, as a result of progressive supranuclear palsy (rare brain disorder causing weakness in muscles including those affecting balance, vision, speech, and swallowing), Mr. Mosley developed dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and his diet was altered to soft foods with thickened liquids. He required extensive swallow rehab including exercise utilizing the Synchrony OmnisEMG™ Dysphagia System to improve strength, timing, and coordination. His diet was advanced to include thin liquids.

I am happy to drink Pepsi and milk again, that is not thick! I don’t cough anymore and can use a straw again.
