Andreé Akst received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from University of North Florida in 2004. She became a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2013, and a Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult through the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy in 2014. Andreé has experience in patient treatment and research with focus on geriatrics, stroke, and orthopedics. Andreé has been with Accelerated Care Plus for 16 years serving in multiple roles, providing consultation and evidenced-based education, and supporting clinical programs for PT, OT, and SLP therapists. Her current role is Clinical Content Specialist with a focus on collaboration and development of burst content and clinical materials.
