Tera Stevens graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2000.  During those 20 years’ she has experience across the continuum of care, including outpatient, home health, and geriatric care in the LTC/SNF settings.  For the past 11 years, Tera has worked with ACP as a Clinical Program Consultant. In this role, Tera provides education to Therapists and Nurses and develops clinical programs within the LTC/SNF sector to enhance clinical outcomes of their patients.  Tera became a Certified Stroke Rehab Specialist in early 2016, and integrates this knowledge into her clinical consultations.
