Since graduating from Creighton University in Omaha, NE with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2005, Jaclyn’s clinical experience consists of acute care, outpatient and skilled care settings. She began managing an outpatient rehab department in 2006, which focused on a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation including PT, massage, and chiropractic care. In addition to therapeutic services, she provided additional services including work conditioning programs, functional capacity evaluations, customized orthotics, and Pilates training. In 2010, Jaclyn began with ACP as a Clinical Program Consultant, providing continuing education and program development for physical and occupational therapists in the skilled nursing setting. She has been assisting therapists with clinically appropriate treatment protocols for a variety of diagnosis including joint replacements, stroke, chronic heart failure, COPD, general deconditioning and dementia.
