About this course:
This one and one-half hour course is intended to provide clinicians with the most current in-depth information about shortwave diathermy. The course materials and clinical protocols presented are evidence-based and oriented to immediate clinical application of therapeutic shortwave diathermy. The lab demonstration reinforces concepts and techniques using shortwave diathermy for common treatment indications in rehab.

Advanced Therapeutic Ultrasound
This two-hour course provides clinicians with in-depth information on ultrasound research and clinical applications. It reviews contributing factors influencing ultrasound efficacy, physiologic effects of the clinical protocols, and evidence-based research for common patient conditions. The hands-on case studies lab provides active participation to reinforce concepts and techniques using ultrasound for evidence-based indications across the healthcare continuum.
