About this course:
This intermediate level course for SLPs defines COPD, the different stages of the disease, and the impact on swallowing. The course reviews the physiological disadvantages of swallowing during inhalation and offers evidence-based treatment approaches for dysphagia rehab in patients with COPD.

The course also includes practical successful application of surface EMG and provides participants an opportunity for a question and answer session.
