Katie Watson received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Olivet Nazarene University in 2014 and her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Huntington University in 2017. She has dedicated her career to working primarily with adult and older adult clients in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and outpatient clinics. She has held leadership positions including Team Lead and Director of Rehabilitation within these roles.

In 2023 Katie joined ACP as a Clinical Program Consultant, where she provides continuing education and training therapy teams and supports healthcare partners in achieving clinical outcomes. She holds certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Wound Therapist (CWT), reflecting her areas of specialty and commitment to advancing clinical practice.
